Human Resource Management services include-conducting job analyses, planning personnel needs, recruiting the right people for the job, orienting and training, managing wages and salaries, providing benefits and incentives, evaluating performance, resolving disputes, and communicating with all employees at all levels.
Professional Development services include assistance with improving and increasing capabilities of employees through development opportunities in the workplace (coaching, performance management, action plans, goal setting, etc).
Employee Relations services include counsel on improving communications between management and employees concerning workplace decisions, grievances, conflicts, problem resolutions, unions, and issues of collective bargaining.
Benefits & Compensation services provides assistance with determining which benefits must be provided by law to employees (FMLA, disability, worker compensation) and those which are voluntary; paid time off (PTO), direct benefits (such as salary, bonus, commission, etc).
Policy & Procedure Development
Policy Development provides assistance with developing a documented set of guidelines (formulated after an analysis of all internal/external factors) that can affect a businesses objectives, operations, and plans.
IT Consulting Services
IT Consulting Services provide technical support (hardware and software), process centric quality and economies of scales processes and network/hardware maintenance.
Performance Evaluation services include assistance with learning how to evaluate performance management of completed (ex-post evaluation) or ongoing activities (in-term evaluation) that determine or support employee accountability, success, and productivity. Topics such as goal setting, employee discussions, reinforcement and re-direction (corrective action), performance review, training and performance measurement.
Corrective Action services include assistance with developing a policy for progressive discipline and administration, timeframes and outcomes, and identifying the best progression path (ex.-verbal warning up to and including dismissal).
