How does the consulting process work?

Each clients needs are unique and require different approaches. However, based on the need, some of the following steps include (but not limited to):       

  • Initial assessment to understand your basic needs.

  • Review your existing processes or materials (draft business policies, handbooks, training, etc.).

  • Follow-up discussion to clarify details and agree upon the scope and fees for the project.

  • In-depth discussions as needed to better understand the details for customization, and agree on all major elements of the project.

  • Conduct additional follow-ups, as needed.

  • Draft a mock up of the project and review it with you to ensure that all parties agree on the high-level vision.

  • Finalize all deliverables.

  • Coach you on the best way to deliver the finished products and on how to address questions.

  • Provide ongoing support, including making minor updates to the product.

Will you replace my legal partners?

No. We will never replace your attorney(s).

  • The quality of your existing materials, including early drafts of business documents, policies, etc.

  • The length of time spent relative to the amount of work to be performed.

Do you work with clients outside your local area?

Yes. Although we are located in the Dallas, Texas area; we rely heavily on the phone, e-mail, fax, and online meeting tools to serve our clients anywhere in the USA.
